Key Issue 1:

As a result of the current economic crises we are experiencing lower tax dollars being brought into the township. Managing this is a challenge; we are being proactive and scrutinize every dollar spent. Being a bedroom community we have not been hit as hard as say an Ontario which relies on approximately 40 % of its budget from GM. never the less the closing is having its ripple effects on all of us.

Key Issue 2:

Maintain superior services to our residents, maintain safety security for families, I am working with Sheriffs Department to work with residents on neighborhood watch groups. Keeping open line of communications to residents with residents through our web site www.mifflintownship.com

Key Issue 3:

Managing increasing demands on our fire departments budget and resources.
Maintaining Capital Improvement programs on our infrastructure and equipment.
Having new and good businesses open their doors in Mifflin Township.

Why  I should  be elected?

I have a proven track record of making things happened and resolving residents concerns and problems. Experience is very important in these trying times of economic uncertainty.  I am a results oriented individual that always looks for creative ways to help residents. Creating a web site (mifflintownship.com) to keep residents informed which we have had nearly 8000 visitors. I have a unique understanding of finances and have run successful businesses by being an owner and years of management. I also have vision and long term goals. I have SAVED the township thousands of dollars and will continue being “A Voice Representing the Residents”
