Richland Academy Announces New Art Classes

MANSFIELD, OH - Join us at Richland Academy for our upcoming art classes for elementary and middle school students. Instructor Allison Pence will be teaching Fun with Crafting, and Exploring the Elements of Art.

Fun with Crafting is a great class for both elementary and middle school students. In this class student will experiment with a little bit of everything! Each week students will produce a fun take-home project including paper crafts, painting techniques, weaving, clay and string art pieces, just to name a few! This class is an 8-week session that will be held at Richland Academy on Wednesdays, March 8-May 3, 2017 form 4:30-5:30 p.m. Tuition is $105, materials are $15.

Exploring the Elements of Art is a great class for students in middle school. Each class will focus on a different element of art, then create a piece to bring home based on what they’ve learned. Students will be sketching, painting and working with 3D forms, as well as learning about some famous works of art that fit each lesson. This class is an 8-week session that will be held at Richland Academy on Wednesdays, March 8-May 3, 2017 form 5:45-6:45 pm. Tuition is $105, materials are $15.
