The Regional High School Art Exhibition now fills the upper gallery of the Mansfield Art Center.  It includes some of the area's best student art work, completed in the present school year.

This exhibition has become an annual event.  It provides budding young artists in grades 9-12 with an exciting opportunity to showcase their talents and hard work.  Meantime, work by art teachers from the participating schools is being displayed in the lower gallery.

Schools participating this year include:  Clear Fork, Crestline, Danville, Galion, Goal Digital Academy, Johnstown Monroe, Lexington, Mansfield Senior, Marion Elgin, Marion Harding, Mount Gilead Christian, Mount Vernon, Northmor, Northwestern, Ontario, Plymouth, Wooster and Wynford.

The exhibition is sponsored by Richland Bank.  Ontario High School art teachers Jules and James Buker have played a key role in organizing the show.

The Regional High School Art Exhibition continues through April 21.  The Mansfield Art Center is located at 700 Marion Avenue.  It's open Tuesday-Sunday 11 am - 5 pm.  It's closed on Mondays.  Admission is free.
