The First United Methodist Church of 12 Diamond Street in Mansfield celebrated its 200th anniversary with a tea party and fashion show. Guests enjoyed both tea and other refreshments such as crumpets, cookies, cupcakes, and other treats.

Historian Jeff Mandeville was present to talk about the Victorian Era, the models' clothing, and more as guests enjoyed the show.

"It's just a nice chance for people to get together and have fun," said Laura Rushton, one of the models. "Our church has a very long history and we're proud of it."

Several other events are planned for the church's 200th anniversary. The tea party is one of four such celebrations.
