The Richland County Foundation celebrates 69 years of philanthropy, with its annual meeting Monday. The event attracted a large number of foundation members and community leaders, for lunch and to hear the keynote speaker, Dr. Suzanne Allen, President of Philanthropy Ohio. Foundation president Brady Groves also conducted a business meeting in which he spoke of the organization's permanency, growth, and fund-holders. The Richland County Foundation has $136.6-million in assets, and last year awarded 742 grants totaling $3.3-million.
