The Ohio Lily Society held their Lily Show at Kingwood Center, inviting people to see what creative arrangements were made for the show. Lily presentations were judged for both artistic value and functionality, from stem preservation to complimentary colors.

"We have a fair number of artistic entries," said Larry Diehl, Ohio Lily Society President. "So you can see the creativity of the individuals in melding a theme into an artistic display that incorporates lilies as one of the major ingredients in the display."

The Ohio Lily Society's next scheduled event, a Bulb Sale, takes place at Kingwood in October - prime time for planting lilies in Ohio.
