Richland Pregnancy Services had a grand opening Friday for its new location at 1560 West Fourth Street in Mansfield. Director Pam Crank cut the ribbon with State Representative Mark Romanchuk, Mansfield City Council President Phil Scott representing Mayor Tim Theaker, and Ontario Mayor Randy Hutchinson among the visitors. Richland Pregnancy Services operated at 605 South Trimble Road for 13 years. Its new building is four times larger. The non-profit agency is funded solely by donations and all services are free.
