An Ontario man suspected in the theft of at least two purses, has been arrested and charged with aggravated burglary and felony theft.

Ontario police officers Monday night arrested Tracy Doster, 44, at a home at 1777 Park Ave. West. During the execution of a search warrant, evidence from a recent home invasion on Scotland Blvd. in which a woman's purse was taken, was located at Doster's home.

Doster is also being investigated for a purse snatching incident from an Ireland Blvd. resident.

Doster has a criminal record for similar crimes and currently is incarcerated in the Richland County Jail.

Any other residents that may have experienced thefts are being asked to contact Det. Jon Sigler at the Ontario Police Department at 419-529-2115.
