Warm up speakers included P-R Machine Works owner and State Representative candidate Mark Romanchuk, and U-S Senator Rob Portman who brought Republican Mitt Romney out on stage.

Romney spoke of his plans to preserve the military and its jobs, and build the economy.

Richland County Republican Party Chairman Mike Casto says this was a great event for this area.

Romanchuk says the Romney campaign picked his business as the venue for the speech.
