Obama For America Heartland Tour Stops In Mansfield

The Obama for America Heartland campaign tour visited several cities in north central Ohio on Wednesday, including making a stop on the square in downtown Mansfield. Former Ohio First Lady Frances Strickland and current Columbus City Councilman Zach Klein were among several speakers praising President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden for supporting the middle class. Dozens of President Obama supporters were also commended for volunteering for the Democratic campaign. The Obama for America Heartland Tour also made stops Wednesday in Ashland, Wooster and Bucyrus. Klein says part of the reason for the tour is to highlight the stark contrast between President Obama and Republican Presidential candidate Mitt Romney on the issues that matter to Ohio's rural communities.
