The race is on! WMFD TV along with our sister radio stations are the media sponsors behind Mansfield's first ever "Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk."

   The American Cancer Society's 5K walk will be held in downtown Mansfield's Carrousel Park on Saturday, October 20th. Registration begins at 9a.m., with a 10-minute Zumba warm-up, and the walk kicks off at 10a.m.

  The walk will end around 11:30a.m. with refreshments and fruit, as well as a closing ceremony by noon.

  There is no fee to participate in the walk and no minimum donation required.
