Lex Bounces Orrville

The Lexington Minutemen improved to 3-1 in all games and 1-0 in the OCC with a 30-8 win over visiting Orrville.  Lex's Brandon Henderson rushed for 176 yards on 19 carries and scoring on a 65 yard run on the first play of the third quarter.  Andrew Hunt also scored rushing for 82 yards on 13 carries.  The Minutemen also got two touchdown catches from Bryant Switzer who accounted for 101 yards receiving on four receptions. 

Orrville was led by Kyle Lichti who threw for 241 yards, but was intercepted twice.  Nick Graber scored Orrville's only touchdown late in the third period.  The loss drops the Red Riders to 1-3 on the season and 0-1 in the OCC.  Orrville also lost their third straight for the first time since 2002.  Lex travels to 2-2 Clear Fork next week while Orrville gets ready for 3-1 Mansfield Senior.
