I what could be a preview of the upcoming girls Division III soccer tournament, both Ontario and Mansfield Christian ended their second regular season game in a 1-1 tie.  Ontario's Taylor Elliot scored the lone goal for the Warriors, while Zoe Young scored for the Flames.  The tie leaves Ontario still undefeated in conference play at 7-0-1, while Mansfield Chrisitian stands at 7-1-1 in the UISC.  Ontario had won the teams first meeting 2-0.

In goal, the Flames Maddie Kiliany had seven saves, Ontario's Kimmy Barnhill six.  The two teams could meet up in tournament play which begins the week of October 13th, with sectional and district play.  Ontario and Mansfield Christian will compete with Crestview, Edison, Mohawk and St.Peter's.  The D-III sectional and district will be held at Mansfield Christian.
