Mansfield St. Peter's Montessori School Holds Fall Picnic

About 150 Mansfield St. Peter's Montessori pre-school and kindergarten students, and moms and dads, celebrated Halloween Wednesday. They gathered at Bicentennial Park in Lexington for the school's annual fall picnic. The three-hour event included several fun activities including face-painting, decorating cookies and pumpkins, and playing on the playground equipment. Everyone was bundled-up for the chilly weather, prompting them to wonder if the date for this picnic should be earlier. But we are Ohioans, and the kids and their parents did not let the autumn chill put a damper on their fun time.
