It's now three straight wins for Ontario after the Warriors knocked off Buckeye Central Friday night by a score of 48-14.

Ontario took the early lead with a long, nearly seven minute scoring drive capped off by a 15-yard Jordan Campbell touchdown run. Buckeye Central would respond on their insuing drive, eating up the rest of the opening quarter and scoring a minute into the second on a 1-yard Michael Adkins run.

But from this point forward it would be all Ontario, scoring on each of their next five possessions while holding the Bucks without a point. Buckeye Central looked as though they would head into the half trailing by just a couple scores at 24-6, but Campbell would break loose for a 82-yard scamper with just 31 seconds left before the break that seemingly put the game out of reach.

Ontario's starting offense scored touchdowns on each of their six possessions and converted 2-point conversions after every score. Campbell finished the night with 233 yards on just 18 carries and scored 4 touchdowns. Quarterback Tyler Boatwright threw for 76 yards, 53 to Nick Miller, and racked up 96 more on the ground with 2 scores.

Adkins broke the 1,000 yard barrier in the game but rushed for a disappointing 44 yards on just 8 carries. Backfield mate Chad Trapp had a surprising 100 yards rushing for the Bucks and added a late touchdown.

With the win Ontario now stands at 5-3 (4-1) and remains a game back of Galion (7-1, 5-0) in the NCC Black Division with two games to play, including a week 10 showdown with the Tigers. Next Friday the Warriors will host winless Crestline (0-8, 0-5) at Copeland Field. Buckeye Central falls to 2-6 and get Lucas (1-7, 0-5) at home.
