The Commit to Mitt Early Vote Express made a stop Tuesday morning at Mansfield Distributing on Longview Avenue.

The hour-long visit was part of a statewide tour.

The bus was greeted by dozens of supporters of Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney and running-mate Paul Ryan.

Twenty-second district state senate candidate Larry Obhof, and second district state represenative candidate Mark Romanchuk were among those on hand.

Scott Jennings, State Director for the Romney-Ryan campaign, says the primary message is to take advantage of early voting.

Richland County Republican Party Chairman Mike Casto says the bus tour is a sign of how well organized the campaign is, and said it convinced him to go to the board of elections to vote early.

The Early Vote Express tour has been to 28 Ohio counties since early voting started October second.

Tuesday's bus tour included stops in Crawford, Morrow, and Knox Counties.
