Minnich Manufacturing held a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house at its newest facility at 1444 U.S. 42 outaside of Ashland this past weekend.

The company is an industry leader in the production of concrete paving vibrators, vibrator monitoring systems and dowel pin drills.

The company was started in 1968 by Roger Minnich and now is run by his son, Jim Minnich, who took over operations in 1993.

The company employs 25 workers with record sales numbers the past four years.

The new facility offers 15,000 additional square feet of space on 18 acres of land for future growth.
