In OHSAA tournament soccer two of three area teams fell in regional final play Saturday, while one moved on to the state semifinal.

At Findlay High School in the Division III boys regional final, Mansfield Christian's bid for a return trip to the final four was stopped by Toledo Ottawa Hills who put out the Flames by a final of 2-0.   MCS ends their season as sectional and district champs and D-III regional runner-up.

At Ashland Community Stadium in girls Division II regional final play, Toledo St. Ursula Academy stopped Clear Fork for the second straight year by a final of 1-0.  The Colts see their season end as sectional and district champs and D-II runner-up.

At Lima in the Division III girls regional final, Ontario advanced to the final four for the second time in the last three years with a 2-1 win over previously undefeated Kalida.  With the win the Warriors at 17-3-1 advance to the D-III state semifinal on Tuesday at Richfield Revere at 7pm against Gates Mills Hawken who is 13-4-2.  Should Ontario win, they will play in the D-III state final on Friday at Columbus Crew Stadium at 12pm.
