Voters have also returned Richland County Commissioner Gary Utt to his seat. The democrat beat out Republican David Morgenstern by about 7,000. "I want to continue working on workforce development in Richland County. I want to get training for people in our area to work at the former General Motors plant that was recently purchased," Utt said. |
