Close to 300 people came out to the Ashland County Cancer Association’s 9th Annual “Taste of Ashland” Tuesday night at  Mozelle Hall at the Ashland County Fairgrounds. 

The event featured more than a dozen local restaurants, and food vendors with samples of their food, as well as a silent auction, and entertainment.

Ashland County Cancer Association board of trustees president Erin Al-Mehairi said the organization hosts the event to raise money for local cancer patients.

The Ashland County Cancer Association is local, non-profit organization that assists about 200 people from Ashland County with cancer each year.
 

The Ashland County Cancer Association  provides medical, prescription, and transportation cost support, nutritional supplements, and education to local cancer patients.
