A holiday favorite for many years, Christmas at Kingwood Center is ready for visitors to view all of its splendor.

Kingwood Center Head Gardener Bill Collins says this year's theme is "A Kaleidoscope of Holiday Color" with the mansion featuring 14 Christmas trees and rooms decorated in different color schemes.

Collins says 14 local garden clubs and volunteer groups at Kingwood Center go all out to decorate the mansion.

Kingwood Center is open Wednesday's, Saturday's and Sunday's from 1 to 5 p.m. and on Thursday's and Friday's from 1 to 8 p.m.  Admission is $5 per person with children 12 years of age and under free.

Kingwood Center will be closed to the public on Friday, Dec. 7 for its members only open house.
