A flatbed truck carrying a large printing press tipped over Monday afternoon as it entered U.S. Route 30 East in Mansfield. The flatbed struck a semi-truck carrying soda cans in the rear passenger side, creating a gash in the trailor which allowed several cans to fall out. The flatbed then tipped over and lost the printing press it was carrying. The driver of the flatbed was taken to MedCentral Hospital in Mansfield for treatment. The State Highway Patrol and Mansfield Police closed east bound Route 30 from Ohio 309 in Ontario to Ohio 545 Mansfield while the accident was being cleaned up, backing up traffic for over an hour. |
