The Living Nativity scene was presented in front of the Scott Sharrock Insurance office at 10 Plymouth St. as part of the festivities of Light Up Lexington.

Several churches and individuals in Lexington stage the event with words, music and live animals.

Dale Baer, local director of Child Evangelism Fellowship said the event celebrates the true meaning of Christmas.

"Every year we have the opportunity to share the good news of Jesus and explain to people the true meaning of Christmas. When there is no hope then they can believe in the Lord Jesus. He will give them peace, joy and most of all everlasting life," Baer said.

This year the Berry quadruplets, Jordan, Toby, Sam and Grace recited the scripture Luke 2: 1-20, which tells the story about the birth of Jesus in a stable in Bethlehem.

The Berry family was excited to be a part of the celebration.
