Getting through the holidays can be difficult for those who have recently lost someone special. An upcoming seminar is aimed at helping people cope with that loss.

MedCentral Health System will host a discussion “Getting Through the Holidays,” Monday, Dec. 10 at 7 p.m. in the Mansfield Hospital chapel. The featured speaker will be Dr. Paul Robinson, psychologist.

The workshop will show how to find more relief from grief by using psychological and spiritual approaches.

The program is free and open to the public, but registration is required.

You can register by contacting Rev. Chris Mason at 419-520-2382 or 419-520-2951.
