EEOC Mobile Outreach Center Making Visit To Mansfield

The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's Mobile Outreach Center will make its monthly visit to the office of the Mansfield Branch of the NAACP, Suite 409 of the Richland Bank Building, 3 N. Main St. in Mansfield from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m., Tuesday, Dec. 11.

Anyone who has an employment discrimination complaint resulting from disparate treatment based on race, color, sex, religion, national origin, age 40or older, disability or retaliation (because you complained about job discrimination with the EEOC) may file a complaint with the EEOC on Dec. 11.

The alleged acts of discrimination must have occurred within 300 days of the date of filing the complaint.
