Peoples Ministry International and Ohio Family Foundation will be having a Christmas Giveaway on Dec. 21 at the Ocie Hill Neighborhood Center at 445 Bowman Street in Mansfield from noon to 4 p.m.

The organizations will be giving away clothing, food, and more.

Beverly Williams, founder of the Ohio Family Foundation was inspired to start the giveaway to help those in need in the community.

"I know what it means to be homeless, not to be able to pay your bills or know where your next meal is coming from. I have compassion for all people and I want to give back," Williams said.

Ocie Hill Neighborhood Center program manager Brenda Phillips said this is the second event Williams has held at the center this year.

"We get alot of daily about people needing services, people needing clothing and food. We're so grateful that Beverly is able to provide for those in need," Phillips said.

Williams said donations of clothing from sizes infant to adult, food, non-pershiable items and monetary gifts are being accepted.

To make a donation or to volunteer contact Beverly Williams at 419-543-8544.
