The first of three games this week for the Ontario Warriors was a success Tuesday night, as they waxed Crestview 77-48.

With no returning players with varsity experience after the Cougars graduated 10 players from last years team, Crestview was still looking to find an identity after their opening night blow out loss to Clear Fork. The Cougars would find an offensive threat in Sawyer Radcliffe who finished with 16 points and 6 rebounds, but would dig themselves too deep a hole to climb out of early in the game.

The Warriors took a 20-5 advantage after the first quarter of play and extended that lead to 45-20 at the break behind 11 points from Wyatt Clemens. Crestview would play Ontario tough in the third quarter, keeping the margin at 25 points heading into the fourth, but the Warriors would outscore the Cougars 19-15 in the final stanza to cruise towards their second victory.

Blake Balogh led the way for Ontario with 16 points and 7 rebounds, with Cameron Mack adding 14 points and 8 boards and Clemens finishing with 11.

Freshman Keegan Graybeal, who led Crestview in scoring in their opener, was the only Cougar outside of Radcliffe to post double-digit scoring with 12. Bryan Hissong added 4 points, 7 rebounds and a block.

Ontario (2-0) will next host Bucyrus in their conference opener on Friday. Crestview (0-2) will travel to South Central.
