Area Agency On Aging Holds Annual Awards Luncheon

More than 400 people attended the Ohio District Five Area Agency on Aging's annual meeting Thursday at the Mid-Ohio Conference Center in Mansfield.

The luncheon is held to highlight the agency's many accomplishments throughout the year.

This year, six awards were presented to those who provided outstanding services and advocacy for senior citizens.

Mid-State Multimedia Group President Gunther Meisse accepted the Award of Excellence on behalf of WMFD TV for its support of the Area Agency on Aging.
