Two women are headed to prison for their involvement in a shocking child sex case in Ashland County.

Neva L. Finely, 36 and Raven L. Hunt, 39, were sentenced Monday in Ashland County Common Pleas Court for engaging in sexual activity with an 11-year-old girl.

Finley and Hunt accepted plea agreements in September pleading guilty to attempted rape and two counts of gross sexual imposition.

Hunt who is the victim's mother, received 16 years in prison, including eight years for one count of attempted rape and 48 months each for two counts of gross sexual imposition.

Finley received eight years on one count of attempted rape and 54 months on two counts of gross sexual imposition. She was also fined $1,500.

Finley's husband, Ray L. Finley, 39, was sentenced Dec. 3 to 21 years in prison on three counts of attempted rape for engaging in sexual activity with the young girl. He was also fined $3,000.

After being released from prison all three will be placed on mandatory five years post-release control and classified tier three sex-offenders.
