Three people were taken into custody Wednesday after two drug-related search warrants were served by the METRICH Drug Task Force, ASORT and Mansfield Police. The first search warrant was served at 362 Jennings Avenue, Apt. F. Also arrested was John Goodall, 45, who was charged with felony counts of possession of heroin and possession of crack cocaine. The second warrant was served at 345 Cedar Street where METRICH detectives arrested Jose Aponte-Oscasio, 36, who was charged with a felony county of trafficking heroin and misdemeanor counts of possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. METRICH officers also seized heroin, crack cocaine, marijuana, drug paraphernalia and stolen property. Sgt. Keith Porch credited the success of the search warrants to citizen's complaints.
