Children rang in the new year early at the Mansfield-Richland County Public Library.
The event featured stories, crafts, movies and games and then the kids yelled out their countdown to the new year at twelve noon.
Services for Children Coordinator Diane Tobias says each year they throw balloons and the children enjoy the noise makers.
