Mansfield City School's Springmill Learning Center is featured in the latest issue of the Ohio School Boards Association, OSBA Journal Magazine, a statewide publication.

 
The hands-on learning and outdoor education center opened last school year in the Springmill Elementary School building at 1200 Nestor Drive.
 

The education center features interactive exhibits in chemistry, sensory, earth studies, gears levers and pulleys rooms.
 

The education center also has a nature inspired high ropes course, a bird observation area, ten math  and science galleries.

Students can touch, play and learn at all the stations inside the education center.

Springmill Learning Center was designed to reinforce the STEM concepts, science, technology, engineering and math.
