Two young women were sent to the hospital today after their car was hit by a pick up truck.

  The male driver of the pick up was traveling down North Horning Road in Mansfield and appeared to have ran a stop sign, according to Trooper Colt Browne. Browne says the driver then struck a car traveling down Hook Road.

  The female driver and her passenger were taken to MedCentral Mansfield hospital. The man was unharmed.
