A benefit spaghetti dinner was held for the O'Brien family this past weekend at AmVets Post 26 at 1100 West Fourth Street in Mansfield.

AmVets Post 26 Trustees Chairman Robert Rogers says sisters Ragen and Kaitlyn were mauled by three Rotweilers on October 11 and their parents, Matt and Audrey, both are former members of the 179th Airlift Wing at Mansfield Lahm Airport, both of whom had to be medically discharged.

The benefit will assist the family with mounting medical bills.

The spaghetti dinner was by donation and included a silent auction and 50-50 drawing.

Many local individuals and businesses contributed by donating items for the benefit.
