Clear Fork high school football fans will have new and improved bleachers in which to cheer on the Colts next season.

The school board awarded a contract during a special meeting Thursday to repair some sections of the home bleachers, and replace others.

Superintendent Matthew Dill says Farnham Equipment of Columbus will do the work, for $78,000.

The project will be done over the summer and be paid for with permanent improvement levy funds.

The Clear Fork school board also named Jan Roberts as Volunteer Parent Mentor for the rest of this school year.

She will work with the parents of Clear Fork students with disabilities.
