The Ohio Department of Aging announces results of the 2012 Nursing Home Family Satisfaction Survey.

The survey measures how satisfied family members of Ohioans living in nursing homes are with the quality of care and services their loved ones receive.

And two of the top 25 facilities are right here in North Central Ohio.

Morrow Manor Nursing Center, in Chesterville, is ranked 5th best in the state.

They also got a perfect score on two key questions in the survey, which asked family members, "Overall, do you like this facility?" and "Would you recommend this facility to a family member or friend?"

Twin Oaks Care Center, in Mansfield, is ranked 22nd.
