The Ashland Arrows will head into week ten riding a four game winning streak.  To extend that streak to five won't be easy as the Arrows will travel to Pete Henry Gym to face 12-3 and 9-0 in conference Mansfield Senior.  The Tygers won at Arrow Arena back on December 28th 55-44.  To beat the Tygers in the second go around there are, as you can imagine several players to keep tabs on.

Ashland coach Tim Fralick says you have to watch Tyger 1,000 point scorer Keon Johnson, forcing him to take difficult shots.  Fralick also mentioned the inside play of Donovyn Benson and Robert Jones saying the Arrows have to hold their own inside, not giving Mansfield second shots on the offensive end.  Heading into week ten, the Arrows have won two more games this season at 10-5 overall than what they did all of last season when they finished at 8-12.  In conference Ashland stands at 6-4.  Not bad for a team with just seven varsity players Willie Moore, Jordan Blair, Isaac White, Trey Smith, Drew Delaney, Brett Vipperman and Drew Dickson all of which see action on game night.
