The Ashland County TRIAD/SALT Council continues its meetings to inform senior citizens of the many services provided by various agencies. SALT stands for Seniors and Law Enforcement Together. The local chapter was started to focus on the needs for seniors. On Thursday, the topic of the meeting was Senior Living Options with Stephanie Kozak of Kingston of Ashland and Camille Garbash of Brethren Care Nursing Center addressing seniors. Ashland County Sheriff's Officer Don Sims says the meetings are always very informative. The meetings are held once a month at the Ashland County Sheriff's Office Annex at 1205 East Main Street in Ashland. |
