A boil advisory is in effect for residents who live in the area on W. Charles St from Kramer to Clark St.  There is a water break in this area and the EPA requires us to issue this advisory.  Only people living in the affected area are advised to boil their drinking water until further notice. All other areas of the City are safe to use.
