Ontario wins their sixth straight and remains unbeaten in NCC pkay with a 75-41 win over Galion Saturday night. The Warriors also wrapped up at least a share of the NCC Black Division with a league mark of 10-0.

The Tigers hung tough throughout the first half behind 10 points from Austin Chaplin, trailing 19-13 after the first quarter and 31-26 at the break. But the Warriors came out on fire at both ends of the floor in the second half, outscoring Galion 44-15 in the last two quarters.

Ontario shot 90% from the floor in the second half, connecting on 16/18 attempts, while holding the Tigers to 6/26 from the field. The Warriors finished with a gaudy 70% field goal percentage for the game and outrebounded Galion 28-19.

Brandon Wagner led the scoring charge for Ontario with 20 points, while Cam Mack finished with 19 pts and 8 rb's and Wyatt Clemens added 10, all in the second half.

Chaplin finished with 14 to pace Galion, Tony Kirk had 7 pts and 5 rb's and the NCC's second leading scorer Ridge Durbin had only 2 pts on 1 of 7 shooting.

Ontario is now 15-4 with three games remaining at Riverdale (3-14), vs Wynford (8-10) and at winless Lucas (0-15) to go undefeated in the last year of the North Central Conference before moving to the Northern Ohio League next season. Galion falls to 8-11 (5-6) with a pair of games left on the schedule at Lucas and Crestline (3-15).
