At 14-6 through 20 games the Lexington boy's basketball team picked up the top seed at the Bucyrus Division II tournament draw held this past Sunday.  The Minutemen will play in the lower bracket sectional final against the winner of the Shelby/Upper Sandusky matchup played Tuesday, February 26th at 7pm.

Lex will play their final home game Friday against Wooster, a team that beat the Minutemen by 30 points 81-51, the last time they met on January 11th.  Lex head coach Scott Hamilton says the last time the two played, the Minutemen were prepared for Wooster's inside game, but not the Generals game behind the arc where they had shot just 16% prior to their game at Wooster.  This Friday, Hamilton says they will be more prepared for both Wooster's inside and outside game.

Lexington will finish the regular season next week on the road at Orrville, then prep for what they hope will be their second consecutive sectional title.
