A stabbing outside of a Crestline bar Dec. 7,, 2012 has resulted in an indictment being issued by the Richland County Grand Jury.

Marcus Hefner, 53,  of Crestline is accused of attacking a man who was talking on the phone with AAA because he had locked his keys in his car.

Bishop says Hefner and the victim knew each other, but no reason was given to the stabbing.

Hefner faces 11 years in prison if convicted of Attempted Murder, plus eight years if convicted of Felonious Assault.
