Mansfield City School's Springmill Learning Center at 1200 Nestor Drive held a community open house Thursday afternoon.

 The open house offered an opportunity for the community to see what the facility offers students.

 The public tours included the Adventure Gallery, which features an eight foot high ropes course and vertical and horizontal climbing walls.
 

The hands on science galleries highlight math and science subjects such as earth studies, alternative energy, gears, levers and pulleys, number sense, and the CSI room.

  Springmill Learning Center was recently featured in the Ohio School Boards Association Magazine Journal.
