Social worker Susan Eckenwiler will give a presentation titled "Advanced Directives: What Are They and Do I Need Them?" at 6:30 p.m. on Monday, March 4 at Samaritan on Main at 663 East Main Street in Ashland. The event is free and open to the public. Advance directives include living wills and durable power of attorney for health care and are legal documents that allow people to convey decisions about end-of-life care ahead of time. Eckenwiler will discuss the benefits of having advanced directives and explain how to ho about securing them. To register for the program, call 419-207-2563. |
