This year's Winter Crisis heating assistance program continues through the end of March.

The program provides a one-time payment toward a utility or bulk fuel service.

Appointments can be made by calling 866-861-6360.

To be eligible, your utility service must be shut off or your supply or bulk fuel must be 25 percent or less, and your household income must bet at or below 200 percent of the 2012 federal poverty guidelines.
