LIFTED 2-27-13 4:15pm Bucyrus Ohio, Issued: 2/25/13 at 2:30pm: A BOIL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR RESIDENTS WHO LIVE IN THE AREA ON W OAKWOOD AVE FROM GROVE AVE TO    S POLAR ST.  ON S SPRING ST. FROM W OAKWOOD AVE TO W CHARLES ST.  ON W CHARLES ST FROM S SPRING ST TO KALER AVE.
