The first two weekends in March is always busy at Malabar Farm State Park as the annual Maple Syrup Festival takes place. Malabar Farm State Park Manager Korre Boyer invites people to come out and enjoy live demonstrations of sugar making. Horse drawn wagons take visitors to the Sugar Camp where the maple syrup is made and many more attractions are held. The Maple Syrup Festival continues at Malabar Farm State Park next Saturday and Sunday as well from noon until 4 p.m. each day. |
