WINTER STORM WARNING NOW IN EFFECT FROM 4 PM THIS AFTERNOON TO
NOON EST WEDNESDAY...

* ACCUMULATIONS...4 TO 8 INCHES OF SNOW.

* TIMING...SNOW WILL OVERSPREAD THE AREA LATE THIS AFTERNOON WITH
  THE HEAVIEST SNOW EXPECTED THIS EVENING. THE SNOW WILL TAPER OFF
  FROM WEST TO EAST WEDNESDAY MORNING.

* WINDS...NORTHEAST 15 TO 25 MPH.

* IMPACTS...SNOW WILL BE HEAVY AT TIMES THIS EVENING AND WILL
  MAKE FOR DIFFICULT TRAVEL. SOME BLOWING AND DRIFTING IS LIKELY
  IN OPEN AREAS.

* TEMPERATURES...IN THE LOWER 30S.

* VISIBILITIES...LESS THAN ONE HALF MILE AT TIMES.

PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...

A WINTER STORM WARNING IS ISSUED WHEN SEVERE WINTER WEATHER IS
EXPECTED. IF YOU WILL BE TRAVELING IN THE WARNING AREA YOU SHOULD
PREPARE FOR DIFFICULT TRAVEL.
