Cinnamon Lake Man Sentenced To Prison For Sex Crimes

A Cinnamon Lake man has been sentenced to 12 years and six months in prison for sex crimes involving a 12-year-old girl. Andrew S. Pugh, 25, was sentenced Monday in Ashland County Common Pleas Court for attempted rape and gross sexual imposition. Pugh was also fined $1,000 and classified as Tier III sex offender. He will be required to register with the county sheriff every 90 days for the rest of his life. Pugh will be placed on parole for five years after he's released from prison. Pugh was convicted in 2008 of unlawful sexual conduct with a minor in Wayne County. |
