LIFTED TUESDAY 3/13 at 2:30pm:   A BOIL ADVISORY IS IN EFFECT FOR RESIDENTS WHO LIVE IN THE AREA ON WILEY ST BETWEEN EAST RENSSELAER ST AND EAST WARREN ST.  There is a water break in this area and the EPA requires us to issue this advisory.  Only people living in the effected area are advised to boil their drinking water until further notice.   All other areas of the City are safe to use.
